Urban Agriculture & Environmental Stewardship Curriculum
Program Length: 12 weeks
Sessions: 2 per week (24 total)
Session Length: 2 hours
Location: Global One Urban Farming site + high tunnel/greenhouse
Target Audience: Youth (14–18) & adults in underserved communities
Cohort Size: 15–25 participants
PROGRAM GOALS
Participants will:

Contribute to food access in USDA-defined food deserts
LEARNING OUTCOMES

Start seeds, transplant, and manage crops

Build and maintain raised beds and high tunnel systems

Identify soil health indicators and improve poor soil

Understand pollinators and basic apiary principles
